A. OUR AGENCY

       Our agency is duly licensed to operate nationwide with Regular License no. PSA-600212-2006, which expires on February 28, 2008 as certified by the Philippine National Police Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Division (PNP SAGSD) in accordance with the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 5487 as amended. Strategically situated in the heart of the City of Baguio with office address located at Room 403, 4th Floor Lyman Ogilby Centrum, 358 Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City.

            The Agency is owned and managed by Certified Security

practitioners supported by other expert and professionals

from the allied profession and other government agencies as follows;

  1. LEGAL ASSISTANCE

 

The services of Legal Consultants are readily available to assist the agency and the client in the event of any court litigation and other related matters.

 

 

  1. SUPPORT GROUP

 

The agency maintains a close relationship with all government agencies that could be of help in times of emergencies relative to the nature of our business. Retired military officers and some on active duty are included on the operations team to serve as liaison and consultants.

 

  

D. TRAINING CENTER

 

            The Philippine Private Detective and Investigation Academy is among the few duly accredited training center for security guards in the Cordillera. It was first established in the year 2000 and trained not only security guards from the Cordillera but also from nearby provinces and cities of Pangasinan and the Ilocos Regions.

 

            Our agency maintains a training academy duly accredited by TESDA with a corresponding accreditation from the PNP SAGSD under accreditation #TS083-02.

 

            The security director, who is concurrently the training director completed the Competency Assessment Instrument Development Course conducted by TESDA on May 27 – 31, 2002 and was included on the list of authorized individuals to conduct skills assessment on the Security Profession.

E. ADVANTAGES OF LOCALLY BASED SECURITY AGENCIES

 

            Locally based Security Agencies are in direct supervision of their guards and are easily accessed by its clients and thereby, there is swift and immediate solutions even to the most crucial problems.

 

            Most Security Agencies are centralized and all communications and financial statement have to be approved by the central office that could cause delay on the essential needs of the security guards.

 

            Security Agencies owned and managed by local businessmen, employ local residents of the region who are locally established. Thus, accommodation and vacation of its staff and security guards is not a hindrance in its operations.

 

F. ADD ON SERVICES OF THE AGENCY

 

Work out with the client on the formulation of a SECURITY PLAN as a basis of strengthening, improving the current procedures.

 

Extend our technical skill in the development of a systematic access control program with emphasis on the following:

 

a.)          BADGING – I.D. System – issuance of I.D. cards to all individuals entering the compound to be provided in the following categories.

 

1.      Unit Owners – with logo and I.D. picture

2.      Guest/Tenants – I.D. card marked with letter “G”

3.      Regular employees – with I.D. picture

4.      Service contractors – I.D. card marked with letter “S”

5.      Visitors – I.D. card marked with letter “V”

 

b.)           Critical areas of the compound i.e., offices, kitchen, gas station, power station, generator room should be marked with warning sign “RESTRICTED AREA” only authorized personnel are allowed.

c.)          Gate pass System – the use of a pre – formatted document properly labeled and numbered to serve as pass of any material, item or equipment being brought out of the compound.

 

            Share and extend our expertise and all resources on the formulation of EVACUATION PLAN for all kinds of emergencies with no added cost.

 

            Trainings and orientations of personnel’s in relation with the above programs.
